THE BASIC HOUSES OF LIBRA RISING.

SELF-PROJECTION.

Self-Projection means, the way one projects themselves out into the public eye; how others see them, though not necessarily how they really are. How one goes through life, the basic energy to secure what is needed is an instinctive self-projective measure, either within an aggressive or defensive mode.

When the Zodiac Sign of Libra covers the First House then you will project yourself through areas of communication. You like to talk and relate with others. You dislike rows and noisy scenes, for this reason you tend to smile a lot in a disarming way, to show you mean no harm. There are times when you can be indecisive; Psychologically, you tend to feel you are not as attractive as you’d like to be, so you need others to assure you that you look nice in a certain dress or style, the way you appear…You need a partner to give you the assurance. You can also have a problem with trying to please everyone, being agreeable…But you can’t please everyone all the time and so you can become tired of trying and prefer to sit on the fence. There are times when you can get angry and cause a row; times when your partner wont talk to you, this kind of silence bothers you, simply because you have no feedback. So you start a row, well, at least your talking. You always try to be reasonable, the mediator and tactful politician; and if this doesn’t work then you will simply sit on the fence, undecided. But you wont be silent for long, that’s a fact!


FINANCIAL SECURITY.

What is meant by Financial Security is the way in which you protect yourself through a sense of material possessions. It implies the need to own, in a practical and material sense, so that it gives a solid foundation. You might buy a house so that roots are put down, a base from which you can work. The implication is what you would need to possess in life as a practical building block so that you feel secure.
You might begin to understand that finance may not seem important to you until you find a partner who can share the determination to become more materialistic. You may not feel you want to acquire anything, spending money like water until another comes along…You will then gain this need to own between you, to have property and save. It can always be that you will never lend to anyone until you have asked your partner if there is agreement, as you would expect the same kind of loyalty in return.
Psychologically; in a strange way, children come into the equation, financially rocking the boat. But they are the main reason why you are determined to own, so that you have some kind of legacy to leave them (You might not understand this sub-conscious need, but it starts working as soon as a partnership begins!). From birth; you were determined to have possessions, to own things which would change your life. Mind you, before this financial transformation, you would have to understand what poverty is before the creation of wealth and ownership.


COMMUNICATIVE SPIRIT.

The spirit of communication implies the way in which one thinks, one’s method of logic, expressed through mediums of speech and writing. It is how one communicates within the local environment, the way information is gained and communicated to others. This is an area of everyday conversation, what one might talk about and who to. The sense is light-hearted and conducted in a spirited way.
You can be the world’s greatest talker and can possible speak for all the nations under the Sun, if you’ve a mind too; probably in their language as well, if you could keep that mentality still enough to concentrate on what there is to know. You are not above preaching a sermon at times, although you will always be ready to lift another’s spirits with a promise of great things to come; possibly, this is where you are at your very best, bringing laughter and enthusiasm to those you visit and speak to.
When it comes to writing, you might well have pen-friends and have correspondence from abroad. You may prefer short breaks away rather than prolonged stays in far-away places, even though you like to spread the word abroad and have a love of Geography. When it comes to speech, then your on a roll, you just keep going, even though you often become mentally sidetracked, starting a conversation and spinning off as other things take your interest. Mentally, you are very curious, though never in for the long haul; not really into concentrated effort, which means heavy studies. In a way, you know a little about a lot!


EMOTIONAL SECURITY.

Emotional Security is all bout how one feels, one’s sense of atmosphere and how one ‘Feels’ about the past; in the way the past reflects on how one deals with the present. If you had had a good early home-life, the past kind to you, this would be reflected in the way you react to present situations, and vice-versa. Emotional Security is all about atmospheres and our reactions to them.
You would feel that life is a ‘Duty’, that you have to obey the rules and laws as laid down within the family home. It’s not that you fear authority and those in power, such as teachers and parents; but they are the building blocks of your life, the structure which forms the base of each of us. You feel it is everyone’s duty to obey the law, that the law gives a sense of security. You can often feel that you brought your self up in some way, as if you were never young and times were tough in certain areas…But the family always managed, and those lessons are the ones which cause you to keep a stiff upper lip in hard times.
You will be very aware of keeping a good home, a home where others can never point an accusing finger at any sloppiness. This is an important feeling in your life and you can make a career out of house-building; you are duty-bound to feel that you make a good job of all you do.
You tend to keep a tight reign on your feelings, not allowing them to show in public. You neither seek pity nor expect it from anyone, feeling that all will be well in time, your time will come!


NATURAL CREATIVITY.

Natural Creativity implies where one has natural flair, a need to show-off what comes naturally, be it your children, creative ideas or taking a chance on romance. A gamble and sense of fun comes under the influence of natural creativeness, as does poetry and other artistic forms.
Friendships are very important to you, especially those who have some claim to fame, such friends would really give you a sense of pride, and are often a stepping stone up the social ladder. You would also be very interested in the future of your children and what they make, with your help of course, of their lives; you do have aspirations and ambitions in all this. You would not be happy seeing your children mixing with the wrong groups, you might want to choose who your children a friendly with, because the friends and associates they have now will pay dividends later in the life. You can enjoy a good social life, within groups and with hobbies that give you a sense of creativity.
When young, you would have some zany times, even gaining a reputation as being a bit of a rebel. You would always be looking forward to things happening, you really are not one to be left behind. In many respects, you are not one of the mob, you tend to either lead the group or stand off to one side, independent. You would vote for independence and are proud that what you do now means you have to ask for nothing in the future. You create and cultivate life so that the seeds of your hopes and wishes bring you a bunch of roses later on.


PRACTICAL CO-WORKING.

By Practical Co-Working is meant how you apply yourself to any form of practical work, and how you get along with co-workers. This also applies to your sense of time and how you deal with detail as well as the sense of tidiness within your work. This gives an idea of your method and practical knowledge as well as ideas about health and dietary habits.
You might never be sure of how you should be spending your time as far as work goes. Whatever work you are doing, it can feel that you are merely sacrificing your time till something better comes along…Half the time, you can spend the time at work simply dreaming of being somewhere else, even working as an advisor to those in need in some way. This can be a problem, in that you can work within a career which offers no inspiration, no sense of purpose, as though you really are not needed.
You can sacrifice your time helping others tidy up and straightening out, just drifting in some kind of space, while others seem to be enjoying themselves. What you really need is to work with those who really need your help and advise, a charitable service. Till then you worry and dream of different work. You are liable to make many mistakes or become confused if pushed into a very competitive working area. You would not work well in an environment where all is hurry and push, like financial banking and work which requires quick mental arithmetic. You need space and time to work well.


LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS.

Love is a sense of equality, your sense of ‘Give and Take’ within a relationship. This implies what attracts you, a magnetic quality which draws you in. At the same time, relationships can also imply open relationships and friendships, which are not tied down to domestication. This can also have reference to business partnerships and partnerships which have similar tastes.
You have to be aware that love might well come as a one-sided affair, that you may have to give more than you get, so problems might always arise from this and a sense of equality has to be brought to the table; otherwise there has to be acceptance that one is the driving force, steering the love-boat, with you just being taken along for the ride; life and relationships might not all be plain sailing! It might always be that you would seek one who showed a sense of aggression, who would fight your battles for you and say what needed to be said. You are not one to accept a partner as a form of business partner nor long-term friend, you accept the partnership as a marriage, a union of each having an equal part of the union. You relate quickly to those who show an open liking for you and who act the way you do. You would have a quick sense of likes and dislikes and, when you see what you like, you act on it… With this combination ’Love’ is where the ’Action’ is; though you might want a bit too much action and always start a war of words. In the end, it might just come down to who gets the last word in quickly!


SHARED RESOURCES.

Shared Resources imply the way one gains from any partnership and how one deals with beginnings and endings. This gives an idea of how one secures the self through areas of joint venture and how one sees any sense of loyalty from another. It is also assessment of basic emotions and hidden qualities which can come to light in the life.
It is often the case that you will certainly make gains from your partner; at least, you will work alongside each other through joint ventures which would include investment in property and the like. Often; you can be drawn into forms of construction, in that you might buy a property which needs conversion so that it increases in value. Your partner will understand the value of things although you might feel, sometimes, that you are treated like a piece of property; so you may well become a bit of ‘Lost Property’ at sometime, leaving when you have had enough and feel that you are not just part of the furniture! But, throughout life, you will certainly put your share in, never sit idly by while the partner does all the donkey-work. When it comes to sharing in the family business, you will only end it when you sense disloyalty, the partner is spending the profits on other forms of business; that’s when the break comes.
More than likely, you will be more drawn towards a business partnership, rather than a domesticated love-affair, there will be a price-tag at the end of any relationship which ties you down!


EXPANSION THROUGH EXPERIENCE.

What is meant by expansion through experience is a measure of how and what one might learn through Deeper studies, or travel to far off lands, or a mixture of both, that one might travel to distant lands and gain experience of foreign cultures which enlivens the mind. Often, this experience is geared towards a spiritual uplift.
You might well communicate with people from all over the world, or, at least, have an interest in far-away places with strange-sounding names. You can have many interests and aims, although you might not want to spend too much time being held down to deeper studies. It can be a thousand quick book-reads, rather than one tome of Shakespearian plays. You would rather multitask within communication than have to study material which would only produce a dull and boring routine. You can always go abroad and expand your knowledge through meeting people and visiting places which interest you. You are not in for the long haul, to stay away too long at a foreign station…Even though you might fancy a stay in America at some time. It is always possible that you know a little about a lot of things and piece them together so that you do have a lot to talk about. You can easily get involved within the local community, expressing your opinions and being asked to help out at various functions. This can imply that you have to read and find those who can teach you how to express yourself as well as communicate through areas of writing, whatever happens, you are into communications!


REPUTATION AND CAREER.

By reputation and career, is meant how one wants to be seen by those in authority, and how one wants to be looked-up to, with respect, depending on what kind of reputation one gets. The implication is what one wants to achieve, within career and status in life, especially within maturity. In all, this is about how one deals with those in authority.
Whatever you work at, wherever it is, you have to feel comfortable within the surroundings, otherwise you will leave. Before you start, in an office, wherever; out will come the photos, the potted plant; where you work must feel like ‘Home’…If you could work from home, so much the better, or within the family business, perfect. When it comes to your working life, there has to be familiarity about it. The home is part of the need to require a reputation, you would need to gain a reputation as being someone who can ‘Manage’ whatever they you come up against. In a strange way, you are the ‘House-Mother or Father’ and can always seek work within the caring industry, or within food industries. Nurturing and growth are important to you. Your work will take you into the public eye, and you work in such a way that you put others before your own feelings. Whatever happens, you will feel you need to surpass where you stemmed from, move up, so that you feel you have worked your way up till you own the house on the hill, or above what you were used to. In a sense, you will learn to outlive your past.


FUTURE HOPES AND WISHES.

By stating future hopes and wishes is meant what is expected to happen with regards to the future. There is also social order to reason with, friends, too, who might rise one up the social ladder. This is all about the future prospects, although the element of reversals are always present, and not always taken into account.
You are the one who has the flair for making friends and organising whatever constitutes a fun-time in the life.
You are not one for sitting back and allowing things to happen to you, you are the driving force and in your element. There is a strong desire to see your creativity make its mark in the future, so you can gain a sense of pride from your handiwork. This may well see your interests lie in your children, needing to see them make you proud in how they are successful through your leadership, the way you have created openings for them so that their future is assured. You are the leader of the band, liking to initiate things so they create changes, even bend the rules if that suit’s the purpose, you might call this, ‘Being Creative’; but, whatever you do, the chances are, it’s with an eye and the heart looking to see your name in bright lights. It’s not that you manipulate things so they work for you, it’s more that you organise things so that they create a sense of working out as you plan; and you will put your heart into whatever project you chose to take part it in.
You can take some chances which cause dramatic changes but your future is full of golden chances.


SACRIFICE AND IMPRESSIONS.

The implication here is that one makes sacrifices within the life and gives an impression to others of acting like a Samaritan; whether good or bad, depends on the nature of the personality. This is creativity of a high order, emotive and poetic, the giving without expecting anything in return.
This is all about sacrificing your time by helping others by applying yourself in a practical way. You might help in many charitable ways, drawn towards spiritual healing and care of the sick or those who need help with problems, even the small animals who can’t help themselves. So counseling and working on a charitable basis can all be there within the nature. This need, to help in practical ways, stems from the higher, spiritual desire to salve guilt complexities; although one must always be aware that this can also be an illusive, with a more practical and earthy reason… To give the impression that, whilst one might work in a charity-shop, giving the illusion of sacrificing their time, there might be, in reality, a desire to check what comes in first, to espy the antique and stow the item away for one’s own collection. This does not mean one would work in such a nebulous way; this is just an impression others might gain; that one might be the Sinner or Saint, even a mixture of both. Here again, is the implication that your nerves would not stand the rush and shove of an emergency; you can become confused if called upon to help out within a rush hour and crowded affairs… You can find it easier just to go with the flow!
